The Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) is a collaborative mission of NASA and Centre National D’Etudes Spatiales, with contributions from the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) and the United Kingdom Space Agency, to generate high vertical accuracy and high spatial resolution topography.
