Slocum Glider data collected by Naval Oceanographic Office for public release purposes.The NC_GLOBAL:summary attribute does not provide a descriptive summary of the deployment. This attribute should describe the deployment objectives, location, intended track and types of observations. Please update this attribute with a more detailed description to aid in searches for relevant data sets. This attribute can be updated by including a descriptive summary in new NetCDF files submitted to the DAC. Previously submitted files do not need to be altered and resubmitted.
